GrowPros is a small, focused team building tools for independent retailers — the kirana stores, boutiques, and small chains that power our high streets.
Why we built this
Walk into any neighbourhood store and you’ll find the same scene — a notebook, a calculator, and an exhausted owner stitching it all together at midnight. We grew up around shops like that. We watched our families spend hours on tasks that software could do in seconds.
Existing retail software felt like it was built for someone else — bloated, expensive, and impossible to figure out without a training session. We wanted something that felt like a great consumer app: opinionated, fast, and beautifully simple. Something a shopkeeper could use on day one, on their phone, while attending to a customer.
GrowPros Retailer CRM is our attempt at that. It’s opinionated, small in surface area, and obsessive about the everyday flows — selling, restocking, and getting paid.
